Not happy?If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase
with a receipt within 30 days for a refund or exchange credit.
Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Soap, undies, &
lip balm are not returnable for health reasons.
We inspect each item thoroughly before packing and will exchange
items if they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned
more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition,
or are missing parts, will not be accepted for return. All
original and one of a kind pieces are insured for their full value
and a claim should be filed with the shipping company. Every
effort will be made to ensure this process goes smoothly.

RefundsWe will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a credit for the value of your return, which may be used any time toward your purchases at Culture Junkie. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped.
